FULL RENTAL RELOCATION: Our services (included in a single fee*):

  • Indication of rental levels in different areas with direct reference to budget;
  • Liaise with agents/landlords covering the areas where you wish to rent to source all available and appropriate properties;
  • Previewing of properties on your behalf;
  • Up to one day’s orientation and accompanied viewings (additional days of accompanied viewings incur a further charge) – we take you on (the property) tour in a chauffeur-driven car;
  • Negotiation of terms of the offer with the agent/landlord;
  • Negotiation of tenancy agreement on your behalf;
  • Inventory check in;
  • Set up all accounts with your utility suppliers;
  • Assist with opening bank accounts etc.;
  • Provision of telephone support and advice throughout the duration of the tenancy. 
*Our fee for all of the above: 10% of annual rent or one month's rental (whichever is greater) excluding VAT.

 

SCHOOL SEARCH: £500. excluding VAT per day

 

PROPERTY SEARCH - PURCHASE: Our services (included in a single fee*):

  • Indication of sales' price levels in different areas with direct reference to budget;
  • Liaise with agents/owners covering the areas where you wish to buy to source all available and appropriate properties;
  • Previewing of properties on your behalf;
  • Up to one day’s orientation and accompanied viewings (additional days of accompanied viewings incur a further charge) – we take you on (the property) tour in a chauffeur-driven car;
  • Negotiation of terms of the offer with the agent/owner;
  • Follow-up with owner's solicitors  to achieve timely and smooth exchange/completion on your behalf.
*Our fee for all of the above: 1% of the achieved purchase price excluding VAT.
